AMBIGUOUS LOSS is a unique form of grief often referred to as the hardest form of grief to process, and the friends & family of Denny Smith are trying to deal with just this.
The feeling of disbelief, coupled with unrealistic resources, everything else in life being on hold, no simple answers, no straightforward feelings, no resolution & nowhere to go to grieve, we can only try and imagine how this must feel.
THE MISSED FOUNDATION is one resource organisation who are stepping up to help people process ambiguous loss and Denny's family are running an event to support them & his 5 children.
BIKES & RIDES CENTRAL COAST are running a support ride to help these guys out. Starting at Budgewoi Hotel & finishing at Budgewoi Hotel, the ride will run for approximately 1.5 hours at a distance of 78km - the route will be announced on the day.

STANDS UP @ 12PM
A donation of $20 per rider & $10 per pillion has been requested to join along on the ride.
On the return to the Budgie Pub, music, raffles & vouchers will be up for grabs during Denny's event beginning at 2pm.
