Join us for an exclusive five-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with premium wines from the award-winning Swinging Bridge Winery.

Hosted in Pelicans overlooking the lake, this event features a menu crafted by Head Chef Daniel Wearne and wines from one of Orange’s most acclaimed cool-climate producers.

From cured kingfish to Tajima beef cheek and a decadent Black Forest dessert, each course has been matched to highlight the nuance of every pour.
