BEACHSCAPE WORKSHOPS with professional artist, Josh Wright

In this Beachscape Painting Class, participants will learn the essential techniques to start and finish a painting. You learn the principles of 2D and 3D perspective and landscape, enabling you to create depth and realism in your work.

Josh will take you each step of the way through the initial drawing phase to block-in phase to finalising your painting. Creating your own unique artwork inspired by our local Sunshine Coast beaches.

Workshop is run over two x 3 hour sessions – you have 2 dates to choose from.

Option 1: Thursday evening

March 19th & 26th from 5pm - 8pm

Option 2: Sunday afternoon

March 22nd & 29th from 1pm to 4pm

Workshop includes:

All Materials (Paints, brushes, and stretched canvas)

Techniques to start and finish a painting

Learning perspective and landscape

Contemporary painting techniques

Values and Colour theory

About your tutor: Josh Wright is an international professional artist with a decade of experience and a BFA in Fine Art Painting from the esteemed Florence Academy of Art in Italy. His work has been showcased globally, creating art pieces for charities, galleries, organizations, and clients.
