Evening Soundbath

Come and join me for a soothing evening of deep rest and sound healing at Bude Yoga & Therapy Space.

You will be invited to settle into a cosy cocoon, with nothing to do and nowhere to be, just space to fully unwind as you rest back and are bathed in the healing sounds and vibrations of ancient instruments like gongs, drums, and singing bowls.

Shut the world outside for a moment and take a pause to allow the stresses melt away as you are gently held in sound and stillness. A perfect way to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Everyone welcome. All mats, blankets, bolsters provided. No experience needed — just bring yourself.
