End of Year Exhale

This event is comes from what we, as the women behind Fempowered, have been feeling other women in our community need (including us) a beautiful exhale like experience.

Instead of rushing our way into the end of the year or creating something big and busy, we wanted to come back to what these events for women are really about… Connection. This is about coming home to ourselves and a beautiful sense of groundedness, aliveness, and community that reminds us what truly matters.

What to expect:

We’ll drop into light but nourishing self-reflection practice accompanied by a guided breath and meditation designed to bring you back into your body, back to groundedness, and into a state of gratitude for the growth (no matter how big, small, somewhat messy, or magical that's been this year). The rest of the time? Soul chats, laughs, platters, sunsets, and presence.

This isn’t about doing or achieving anything. It’s about allowing yourself to exhale.
To celebrate all that you’ve moved through this year. To soften, reconnect, and come back to joy with other like-minded women by your side. Oh and did we mention the cute picnic and platter?
