Lunch and Learn

The Lunch N Learn facilitators for March 12, 2025 will be Chris Neeson, Customer Experience Leader, and Rhonda Rowland, Personal Lines Underwriting Manager, at Ohio Mutual Insurance Group.

No matter what industry you work, you’ll walk away with new skills that will amplify the service you provide to your customers. Do you know the difference and similarities between Customer Service and Customer Experience? Understand how to leverage these factors to continuously improve your relationships with your customers in order to attract and retain them.

Join us the second Wednesday of every other month from noon to 1pm at the Crawford Success Center, 130 N Walnut St in Bucyrus for Lunch & Learns. Food & drinks will be provided.

Lunch & Learn is an every-other-month event that is $15 for Chamber Members / $30 for non-members and open to all. Registration is required for each meeting. We'll have different topics with a focus on skills for organizations big & small. Lunch & Learn is a great opportunity to gain new skills while interacting with other community members.
