Wine Down Wednesday Tai Chi

Parks and Recreation is very excited to announce Wine Down Wednesday Tai-Chi in the Bandshell!

For the first hour come and enjoy this fun low impact class. This class will help you stay healthy and improve your strength, mobility, fitness, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

At 7:30pm, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to wind down! Meet other people in the community with the same goal of improving your wellness!

These Wind Down Wednesdays are complimentary classes each month to Parks and Recreation members. Take advantage of this new perk!
