Wellness Wednesday - SWFL Produce

Join us for an interactive and informative event all about seasonal produce and the benefits of eating locally! Discover how to choose the freshest fruits and vegetables, why supporting local farms matters, and how seasonal eating can boost your health and your community.

We’ll also feature a live salad-making demonstration — including how to build a vibrant, nutrient-packed salad and the best way to meal prep using the ever-popular salad-in-a-jar technique. You’ll leave with practical tips and a delicious salad you made yourself!

Please bring a clean, 32 oz. wide-mouth jar to use during the demo and take your salad home.
