With a Master’s degree in Dietetics and specialized research in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Meggie has served as an expert reviewer for medical nutrition therapy guidelines and has helped countless clients improve their health through personalized nutrition. In this session, Meggie will dive into foods that trigger inflammation, nutrients that support immune function, and mindful eating strategies—with a focus on women’s health and PCOS management. Whether you're looking to balance hormones, manage cravings, or simply feel more energized, this seminar offers practical solutions.
