Floating Sound Bath

Parks and Recreation is excited to announce a Floating Sound Bath led by Melissa Schervish, traveling all the way from Michigan to share this unique practice with our community!

This luxury sound bath float offers a deeply relaxing experience where gentle sound vibrations and calming tones help you unwind, reduce stress, and restore balance while floating peacefully in the water. Floats and eye pillows will be provided for your comfort. This exclusive event is available to Parks and Recreation members only and is the perfect way to end our Community Wellness Day!

After the session, enjoy a complimentary drink and connect with fellow community members who share your interest in health and wellness.
