Brackley Memory Cafe

Join us at Brackley Care Home for our monthly Memory Cafe on Wednesday 6th August from 2pm to 4pm. This is specifically for those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia and their carers.

We will be doing a Love to Move exercise class followed by activities and a singalong led by Andy from Dementia Active. Tea, coffee and cakes will be served. ALL WELCOME 🌸
