Camp NL is a gathering of 4WD enthusiasts who enjoy socializing, riding awesome trails and helping the hosting community of our trails.
When attending Camp NL you will enjoy a weekend of guided trail rides, catered breakfast and dinners.
Basic camping accommodations are also included in your ticket price.
Basic newbie trails, intermediate, and advanced rock crawling, we have it all. Choose the level you are most comfortable with.

Show up Thursday any time to setup your campsite, and come see us at the registration table after 4:00pm to get your wristbands and any pre-orders you made.
At registration you will be able to pick up your CampNL clothing, buy the first of your raffle tickets, and sign in.
Thursday evening you return to the main event area to sign up for Fridays guided trails runs. Trail guides will be at signup to answer any of your questions such as “what the trail is like?” and “is the trail right for my skill level?”.
After trail sign up hang out with fellow off-roaders, share stories by the camp fire and relax. This is a great time to visit old and make new friends, play the games and activities, get a lay of the land (where the bathrooms are) and visit our sponsors.
Friday morning head over to the main event area for a catered breakfast.
Afterwards head back to your rig to get it prepared for your day (make sure you have gas, snacks and water). There will be a drivers meeting Friday morning to review expectations of you as a driver at the event. If you have ordered a bagged lunch (extra cost), pick it up before heading to your vehicle. After this it is game on: line up at your designated trail departure lane at the appropriate time and buckle up. It's going to be an adventurous day! Spend the day with your trail guides on the trail and enjoying the obstacles.
When you return to the event location you have some time to get ready for Saturday’s trail sign ups and enjoy a catered meal at the main event area.
After dinner there is time to rest, relax and unwind from the adventurous day you have just had out on the trail. Friday evenings activities will commence at the main event area, sponsors will be setup and ready to discuss or sell their merchandise or swag. You can also come see me or one of the event staff to share any amazing stories from your day. There are awards at stake: trail guide of the year, environmental, most carnage and above and beyond the call of duty.
Throughout the event, staff will be selling raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets’. Some of the proceeds of these go back to the local community like Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation. When it gets dark, you can retire to your personal portable accommodations or you can stay and see what crazy stuff we have going on. Remember, you have 2 more days of guided trail riding to go so ensure you are ready for the next day.
Saturday, again wake up from your beauty sleep and walk over to the main event area and see the smiling faces of the staff ready to provide you with another delicious meal. Don’t forget, if you have ordered a packed lunch, make sure you pick that up. No drivers meeting today so after breakfast get yourself ready for a great day out on the trails with your trail guides. Make sure you have your lunch, snacks, water, off-road vehicle fueled up and your go getter attitude. Once you return to the main event area after your amazing ride, stop by to get your catered dinner and get ready for the excitement of your life. I recommend getting some more raffle tickets, drinks and a chair to get ready for the awards and the big raffle(10+ thousand dollars in prizes to be won). Don't forget to head over to our sponsors area so you can put a face to the name or business.
Take some time to reflect on the amazing people you have met so far, new friends, new off-roader family members you have met over the last 36+ hrs.
After the awards and raffles there is usually a camp fire and activities around the main event tent to allow people to mingle and meet new people. If you want to come see me (Colin, Event organizer) to discuss anything regarding the event I will be around the main event area to answer any questions’, or listen to any suggestions you have for next year and let me know how great of a job your trail guide or event staff are doing.
