Luxury Gong Sound Bath at The Hands on Retreat, Pridhamsleigh

Immerse yourself in the soothing, deeply relaxing and meditative sounds and vibrations of the gongs and Koshi chimes.

Step into this truly nurturing sanctuary surrounded by nature, leave feeling rested, relaxed and rejuvenated.

For your ultimate comfort, an air bed, blankets and Lavender eye pillow are provided. Just bring yourself and your own pillow (there are some available) to make a comfy nest as body temperature can drop when deeply relaxed.

While we aim to be as inclusive as possible, Gong Sound Bath not normally recommended for anyone fitted with a pacemaker, epilepsy, 1st trimester of pregnancy, recovering from recent surgery or fractures.
