Gong Immersive - 3 Hour Experiential Workshop

If you love Gong Sound Baths and would like an opportunity to learn more and get up close and personal with the gongs, join us for this 3 hour immersive experiential gong workshop:

Workshop includes:

*Talk and presentation about all things gongs; origins, types of gongs, therapeutic benefits to aid relaxation, stress relief and meditation, charateristics of the gongs and frequencies of the gongs and how they are experienced in the body and mind.

* Experiential immersion including demonstration and opportunity to have hands on and play the gongs (guidance given).

* 1 hour relaxing and rejuvinating gong sound bath (8 gongs, 2 qualified practitioners).

* Drink and a tasty treat to help with grounding afterwards.
