Stori Brymbo Wassail

Shake off the winter blues and join us for a community Wassail event on Sunday 19th January 2025, starting 3 PM at Brymbo Enterprise Centre, LL115BT. Wassailing is all about celebrating orchards and wishing for a good harvest. Together, we’ll follow Morris Dancers to the orchard, toast the trees with cider or juice, and make some joyful noise to wake them up! Afterwards, warm up by the fire pits, toast marshmallows, and enjoy live music from a ukulele band. It’s a chance to support our orchard project, meet neighbours, and have a bit of seasonal fun.

3 PM: Morris dancing troupe Tegeingl Tanglers lead us to the orchard.
3:30 PM: Wassail the trees with cider, juice & noise!
4 PM: Gather by the fire for ukulele performance by Oopa Duk.
