National POW/MIA Recognition Day

Join us on Friday, September 20, at the National POW/MIA Memorial & Museum for a special day of remembrance as we honor America’s Prisoners of War, those still Missing in Action, and the families who continue to carry their legacy.

The day will feature a museum open house and a solemn Chapel Memorial Ceremony, offering space for reflection and tribute.

Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch provided by the Rotary Club of North Jacksonville, refreshing craft beer from Veterans United Craft Brewery, and pizza from Pizza Pit Stop.

A special flyover by the Dreamland Squadron will mark the occasion, and at 1 PM, the American Legion Riders will arrive to conclude the Seven Bridges POW/MIA Remembrance Day Ride arriving by 1PM.

As the afternoon unfolds, enjoy live music by the Matt Altman Band in a spirit of unity, gratitude, and remembrance.

This event is open to the public. Come together with fellow community members, veterans, and families to ensure that those who served—and those who never returned—are never forgotten.
