The experience begins with a live demonstration by our Executive Chef, who will introduce the fundamentals of sushi making, from ingredient selection to approachable rolling techniques. Following the demonstration, guests proceed to a guided, hands-on cooking session, where you will craft two handmade sushi rolls of your own using fresh ingredients and chef-approved methods.
