Holiday Nia Class with Holly

Move into the Holiday Spirit!

Join us for a festive and joyful Nia class where we’ll dance to a curated playlist of super cool Christmas tunes - think groove, sparkle, and cheer without the clichés.

Led by Holly Nastasi, this class will focus on the joy of movement and the warmth of community, all wrapped in the magic of the season.
