Join breathwork facilitator Vaughan Dagnell for and evening of 'Conscious Connected Breathwork' in our beautiful woodland space.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, helping you to:

Access and explore emotions that may be blocked, stuck or dormant.

Better manage anxiety and stress.

Prevent burnout

Develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion.

Enhance focus and mental clarity

Expect to be guided by voice and music and nourished from connecting with nature. This will be taking place inside our Mongolian yurt.

Afterwards we will provide some light snacks and nibbles with some time to hang out and share by the fire together.
