Have you ever wanted to try a pole dance class?! This is the place for you! Pole 101 will be a teaser class of what all you can expect from Alpha Pole Studio 341. Open to everyone, especially newbies! Tell your friends, or meet others who are also new at class. Pole 101 is offered only once a month!
You will learn stretches, pole spin, pole trick, floorwork, twerk fundamentals, chair dance, spin pole, and more!!
We offer a 1 time drop in price of $26, or we have class pass and membership options if you plan to come to more!
