Motafrenz Strategic and Event Planning, and Handover Meeting

Join us for a productive and collaborative session as we map out the event schedule for 2026. This meeting is crucial for setting the strategic direction of our club and ensuring a smooth transition for incoming committee members. We will be covering essential administration tasks, including loading necessary ICT programs onto devices. Additionally, we will revisit our strategic and succession plans, reindorse policy documents, and formalize roles for the ordinary committee. A handover of roles will also take place to ensure continuity and clarity within the committee.

COST: Free to attend. Food and BYO drinks at your own expense.

ACCESS: Venue is accessed via steps.

BRING: A plate of food to share for lunch. All drinks are BYO.

PARKING: Residential street parking.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Tram 96, 1, 6, or 19. Train to Brunswick Station (Upfield line) then short trip on bus 508 or 503.

PETS: We are unable to accommodate pets for this event. The venue is home to two dogs.
