We're super ecited to launch the first event of our monthly community series!
This event, hosted at The Man Cave HQ in Brunswick, is all about building a deeper connection to self and to others.
There will be a flow of guided Breathwork, connection exercises and a relaxing meditation.
Afterwards, there'll be an opportunity to further connect over a Pizza dinner.
Arrival is 6:45pm for a 7pm start. We will be closing the doors at 7pm as we begin the workshop.
The workshop will run for around 60 minutes, followed by dinner at 8pm.
What to bring:
Once booked, an email will be sent out sharing further details and an opportunity to share deietary requirements.
