WISDOM WITHIN is a 3 hour group journey into conscious embodiment. Learn to utilize the innate medicine of the wisdom within you. The direct channel you have with life itself.
WISDOM WITHIN is not a teaching of concepts, rather I help you live from the spaciousness of being that is beyond the words and thinking.
Similar to my private sessions, but held in the container of a safe and supportive circle that allows us to expand in our understanding that our journey is a collective journey and we don’t have to, nor are we ever, doing this inner work alone. This is a powerful way to build healthy community.

What each of us is truly searching for is actually found within ourselves. We have been educated and distracted away from this innate wisdom. I offer frameworks to gain greater self awareness so you can recognize and transform the habitual patterns that subconsciously undermine your life. I support you to bring light to the dark, consciousness where there is unconsciousness, love where there is fear. We heal pain, we clarify distortion, and we bring wellness where it appears not to be. I empower you to actualize your potential and thrive in your life and relations. I support you to create peace and harmony in your world.
Where I specialize is in my direct assistance of your self realization in the moment. By doing the work myself, by being present with you, you are welcomed into an awareness beyond concepts. An awareness beyond words and thinking. The words I use point you to this state of presence, and aids your conceptual understanding to not just live in thoughts and words spoken, but to actually become realized and embodied.
