Nightshift Contact Improvisation

Nightshift is a container for anyone seeking to deepen their embodiment.

It's a bypass of the world's noise and overstimulation in preference of something more subtle and alive.

We start with movement explorations intended to land us more deeply in our bodies. From here we create interaction through weight sharing and other Contact Improvisation fundamentals. More practices are layered in as we move towards an open jam where all of the pieces can be played with.

We close with a bodywork exchange and/or rest and a sharing circle of acknowledgement.
