Homeopathy is such an amazing science and art. Not only are homeopathics safe, they are incredibly effective, and in first aid situations, I consider them essential. Not only that, but kits are small and perfect for travel or to have in the car with you, so remedies are always at hand.
I often hear people say ‘I tried homeopathy but it didn’t work’, yet on probing I learn that their version of ‘trying’ was far from a fair attempt. Because the thing with homeopathy is – for the most part, nothing happens if you get the wrong remedy. And that is always the art – to be able to select the remedy that’s indicated. Because homeopathy is very different to western medicine – you don’t choose a remedy purely based on the diagnosis or the condition (although this is more the case in first aid situations). This means you need to have a little bit of key knowledge in order to use homeopathy effectively on your own.
So that’s what this course is for. We are going to go into 25-30 remedies to learn their keynote indications, and how to use and choose remedies for a range of first aid situations – from wound healing, to fevers, to bites and stings, anaphylaxis, food poisoning, shock, burns, croup and a whole list of other first aid family situations.
As well as getting to know the remedies, you’ll learn how to take them effectively, so that you can feel empowered to help yourself and your family to heal gently, safely and powerfully.
What many people don’t realise is that homeopathy is a modality in itself – it has a whole system and theory of disease and hence healing within it (similar to Chinese medicine).
There will be a video (Introduction to Homeopathy) module to watch before the course begins, which covers all the basic foundational principles of homeopathy and the groundwork needed to get started. For in the course, we’ll be focusing purely on the remedies.
I’ve been using homeopathy for 30 years and a qualified homeopath for many of them. I haven’t taken any western medicinal drug (apart from anaesthetic at the dentist) in that time. Homeopathy and herbs have been my go to’s for everything.
Recently I was hiking in the desert and began popping homeopathics for my ailments and was reminded how amazingly effective and powerful they are….when you get the right remedy! It has renewed my passion for this beautiful modality and I’m looking forward to making basic first aid homeopathy easily approachable so you can start using it for yourself and the whole family.
