Ecstatic Wednesdays is a weekly gathering designed to release stress, uplift your spirit, and connect you with a vibrant community.

Experience ecstatic dance and powerful breathwork with rotating DJs and facilitators.

Find us under the big church, enter beside 1 Barkly St or follow the path to the left of the church from Nicholson St.

1. You are responsible for your own well-being.Participation in this session is voluntary. By joining, you acknowledge that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of engaging in this practice.
2. Breathwork can induce intense physical and emotional responses.These may include dizziness, tingling, emotional release, altered states of consciousness, and temporary disorientation.
3. Do not practice while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4. Please inform the facilitator of any relevant health conditions before the session begins.

⚠️ Breathwork Is Not Recommended For Individuals With:

• Cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, heart disease)

• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Severe asthma (unless cleared by a physician)
