Bruges International Running Meet-Up - The Loop of Bruges

Running can be a lonely sport sometimes... Well, not anymore! Come and join our 7.5km/9km run. Expats, tourists and locals are all welcome. Come make new friends as you run the loop of Bruges.

Meeting point: Bruges Meeting and Congress (BMCC)
Meeting time: 18:30
Run length: Approx 7.5km with an extra 1.5km option for those that want to run further
End point: A chip/fries shop close to BMCC

Note that this is not a start-to-run program, nor is this competitive event. This is a social event and we are mindful of runners with lower speeds. Look at it as a way to maintain your fitness level, or as a recovery run. Depending on the turnout, the group can be split in terms of speed. Run at your own pace and risk 🙂

So, put on your running shoes and shorts, and join us. We start off with a warm-up and end with stretching.
