In 2022, Corrie ended a 17-year career practicing law in New Mexico, retiring from the bench in August 2022 and moving to Brownwood to live near her parents and two surviving grandmothers. The following year, she opened ApotheCorrie LLC after completing 250 hours of formal herbalism training at the Herbal Medics Academy (San Antonio, TX, and Taos, NM). To date, she has completed over 400 hours of herbalism training through Herbal Academy, Herbal Entrepreneur, and self-study. She offers in-home herbal retreat experiences and a luxurious line of all-natural herbal self-care products.
