Join me in this deeply restorative session to honour the season of winter - a time to embrace stillness and quiet as the rhythm of nature slows down around us. Tuning into the magic of winter, we will restore a sense of peace and calm in the body and mind to support you during this festive season.

This offering will sooth your senses as you receive the healing sounds of a variety of sacred instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowl, Gong, Drum, Rainstick, Koshi Chimes and Sansula followed by a beautifully restorative Yoga Nidra - a spoken guided rest meditation that will ease away all the remaining stress.
Yoga Nidra is a relaxation/ meditation practice all rolled into one. If you find meditation challenging, this will be a wonderful way to introduce meditation into your life.
By slowing down & resting deeply, the session will help you to:
- Calm the nervous system, body & mind
- Return to a place of balance
- Feel restored & rejuvenated
- Release all that is ready to be released and create space for wonderful new opportunities.
