Raven has been practicing yoga since she was sixteen and teaching since 2009. A former studio owner and longtime instructor, she has led a wide variety of classes, workshops, and transformational practices over the years. Blending the wisdom of traditional yoga with modern, intuitive teaching, Raven creates classes that open the body, elevate mobility, and activate deeper alignment within every practitioner.
