Kids Reiki One Workshop.
Two Mornings: Tuesday July 22 and Thurs July 24
10 am to 1pm
Reiki is a fantastic self care tool, that can be used by everyone!
Reiki helps with anxiety, hyperactivity, insomnia, behavioral issues, worrying and overthinking, and much more.
Reiki assists in welcoming in peace and ease, comfort, relaxation, reflection, grace, mindfulness, regulation of the nervous system, overall wellness. There are endless possibilities with having Reiki by your side.
This class is based on the traditional Usui Principles, and has been designed and updated specifically for children around ages 8-12.
This workshop will be taught by Reiki Master Teacher, Shauna Pow.
Shauna is an associate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, and the Reiki certifications in Shauna's classes are officially accepted between lineages.
This class will take place in Brooks, AB
At SpiritWorks
Tues July 22 10am - 1pm

Thurs July 24 10am - 1pm
The class fee is $160
a deposit of $50 is required to hold a spot in this class.
Class sizes are limited to 6 students
