What: You are cordially invited to the Marvelous March Scrapbooking/Crafting Retreat.
When: March 5 – 8, 2026, Thursday 1pm - Sunday at 5pm
Where: Brooklyn Super 8 Hotel
Why: To use your creativity to preserve and share the moments that matter most.
How: Enjoy fellowship with others who share in your passion as you create your crafting projects.
• Cost -- $85
• 8 ft. table. If you want an extra table, there will be a $10 fee (even if you bring the table yourself) based on space availability. Computer/Cricut sized tables are fine.
• For meals you may use the kitchen. Also, there are many dining opportunities and carry-out available in Brooklyn. There are no meals provided by the host.
• Please bring a snack to share.
• Free Make & Take gifts: 2-page 12” x 12” layout and a greeting card.
• Table gift and door prize gifts.
• To reserve your hotel room, call Super 8 @ 517-592-0888, ask for the scrapbooking discount.
• Please send your $25 non-refundable deposit ($35 if requesting an additional table) no later than three weeks prior, which is Feb. 12, 2026.

After you unload your car, move it away from the banquet room door, so space is available for our next friends to unload. Please keep the first three car spaces empty throughout the weekend. I may be playing background music for the group. So, if you would like to listen to your own music or watch a movie, please use headphones. Do not use your phone on speaker in the banquet room. Because of sensitivities, we ask that you do not wear perfume or scented lotions or use candles or oil diffusers. Little rules help everyone have a comfortable retreat.
