“Sacred Stillness: A Meditative Sound Immersion” with Nicole Schoeppner

In this guided sound immersion, you’re invited into a field of resonance that supports deep rest, heightened awareness, and quiet reflection. Through the intentional use of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we’ll explore sound not only as a tool for relaxation—but as a gateway to stillness, insight, and spiritual receptivity. This experience honors the inner journey, allowing each participant to settle into the present moment and reconnect with their own intuitive wisdom.

*Nicole Schoeppner is a trauma-informed sound meditation facilitator, Yoga Nidra instructor, and lifelong student of metaphysical philosophy. With decades of study under respected teachers in sound and spiritual practice, she brings a grounded yet expansive presence to her offerings. Nicole is the founder of Soulful Sounds Vibrational Sound Therapy and was named Best of Canton – Alternative Medicine Practitioner in 2024. Her work supports those navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual awakening through the gentle power of sound.

🔆 Yoga mats, or anything needed to be comfortable lying on the floor, is highly encouraged.
