Week #4 Training Run - CHANGE OF LOCATION Wilson Creek Battlefield

Change of location! Since we switched the location for last Saturday's run we are going to meet at Wilson Creek this coming Saturday. Roads should be good for runners maybe a little bit of loose gravel. Please expect some hills and not much shade on the tour road, so bring some water and a good hat!

ALSO, this is the first meet up where the start time is moved to 6:15 AM so we don't start running in the dark.

Marathon - 6 miles
Half - 3 miles
5k - 1 mile
