Philip Yenawine in Conversation

Join us at the South Dakota Art Museum for a special lecture with Philip Yenawine, co-founder of Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS). Presented in our auditorium, this program offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from one of the leading voices in arts-based education.

Yenawine will join virtually to share the history of VTS, reflect on his personal experience developing and teaching this method, and offer insights he has gained throughout his decades of practice. Whether you are an educator, student, or simply curious about the power of art to spark dialogue and deepen understanding, this program will provide fresh perspectives on how we learn to look and think together.
