Begin your week with balance and calm in the museum galleries. Grounded in Art: Chair Yoga offers a gentle practice designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing. Guided by certified yoga instructor Mandy Lyons, participants will engage in mindful movement that nurtures focus, restores energy, and amplifies creativity.
