Memory Cafe: Let It Snow

It's a winter wonderland! Celebrate with us as we make snowflakes out of fancy paper and enjoy hot chocolate and each other's company.

The Brookfield Public Library is part of the Wild Plum Memory Project. This program is designed for those with early stage memory loss and their care partners.
