Brush n Breathe is not just a painting session—it’s a calming creative journey designed to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with 15 minutes of gentle music and free-flowing colour on paper. No expectations. No pressure. Just movement, breath, and expression.

Then, we transition into a guided painting experience—step-by-step, soothing, and soul-nourishing.
