A Tram ride with stories of old Calcutta - A morning ride

This year marks the 152nd year of the Tram services in Kolkata. Welcome on board for trundling down the old city when we share with you some interesting pieces of history on this route.
Trams are considered to be a 'heritage' themselves! This tour has been designed for both Photo enthusiasts and Heritage lovers and for all who love this city.
TOUR ITINERARY :
* Meeting at Esplanade Tram Depot by 8am for the introductory session.
* Board our non AC Single Bogey Chartered tram. The ride starts at 8:30am and finishes at 10:30am.
* Refreshments and tea will be served on board
* The tram will be used for the journey from Esplanade to Shyambazar and back.
* We will share with you some interesting stories of the areas / localities as we pass by.
* Washrooms available at the Depot.
PLEASE WEAR:
*Comfortable dresses
*Flat Walking shoes
CHARGES Rs 1550/- per head .
SEAT NUMBERS WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY IN SEQUENCE ON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT. GUESTS BOOKING MORE THAN ONE SEAT, ADJACENT SEATS THEREFORE CANNOT BE GURANTEED, ALTHOUGH THE SEAT NUMBERS WILL BE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1. 30% OF PACKAGE MONEY IF CANCELLED ANY TIME BEFORE 60 DAYS OF JOURNEY
2. 100% OF PACKAGE MONEY IF CANCELLED ANY TIME BETWEEN 0 TO 59 DAYS OF THE DATE OF JOURNEY.
DISCLAIMER :
1) The Tram Car will be sent to Esplanade from Nonapukur Workshop. We will not be responsible for delays in positioning the car at Esplanade by WBTC
2) We will not be responsible for any breakdown (if any) of the Tram in service for any part of the tour. No refunds or adjustments of charge will be made in such situation
3) If WBTC fails to provide us the Tram Car booked, then the tour will be done by any Tram Car sent in replacement or on a different date. No refunds of charges paid will be made.
