Pilates at Bronte - Round 2

End your week with a Friday night reset. Join us at Bronte for an easygoing Pilates session as the sun winds down, followed by a relaxed hangout together after. Everyone’s welcome — come solo or bring a friend.

This isn’t about experience or intensity. It’s simply a chance to move your body, get some fresh air, and spend the evening with good people. A calm way to close the week, and a better way to start the weekend.

Event is capped to keep the vibe intimate, so make sure to RSVP early.

• Something warm for after — it can get breezy

This time we will be joined by the lovely @aly_onthemat who will be facilitating a combination of movement for the mind and body.
