Reiki 1 Training

Join me at Catshill village hall for Reiki 1 course which introduces you to the practice of Reiki energy healing, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for self-treatment and basic treatment of others.

1. Understand the history (Mikao Usui) and principles of Reiki

2. Receive and integrate the Level 1 attunement

3. Practice self-healing with Reiki

4. Perform basic Reiki treatments on others

5. Understand and apply basic energy concepts

6. Incorporate the Five Reiki Principles into daily life

7. Reiki 1 certificate.
