MEDITATION & SOUND BATH

Join Susie, Sarah and Sam as they facilitate a lovely evening of relaxation.
If you wish, there will be raffle tickets to purchase when you arrive.
Please bring a comfy yoga mat or something similar to lie on, plus a pillow and blanket to get comfortable.
Susie will carry out a short meditation to enable us to start to relax.
Then Sarah and Sam will play gentle sounds from instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and percussion instruments.
All will help you drift off into a place of peace, calmness and relaxation.
These sound baths can be beneficial in soothing the mind, body and soul.
After the sound bath you will be invited to share a free cup of tea and a piece of cake, with the chance to chat to others about your experience.
We will also draw the raffle.
