Take a powerful pause with us and experience the deeply healing combination of Conscious Connected Breathwork, Sound Bath, and Yoga Nidra in this 3.5-hour immersive workshop with Ian Kershaw.

We’ll begin with Conscious Connected Breathwork, a transformative technique that can help release held tension, emotions, and stress from the body. Whether you’re completely new to this practice or have explored it before, Ian’s expert guidance will support you in feeling safe, grounded, and open to what arises.

Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing break with tea, refreshments and homemade cake, allowing time to rest and reflect. We’ll then settle into a calming Sound Bath and guided Yoga Nidra, inviting deep rest and nervous system reset.
