Calm Within is a 150 minute Breathwork, Cacao and Sound Bath experience designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with your calm centre — a moment to pause, exhale, and come home to yourself as we approach the Winter Solstice.
This special December gathering honours the turning of the season — a time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the light within. Together, we’ll weave the gentle medicine of Cacao, conscious Breathwork, and an immersive sound journey to help you release the heaviness of the year and invite in clarity, peace, and renewal.
Cacao has been used for centuries as a sacred heart-opening plant, supporting presence, connection, and emotional release. We will drink cacao with respect and gratitude — not as a ceremony, but as a nourishing ally to deepen your experience within the practice.
Guided by Kathleen and Rita, you’ll be held in a warm, nurturing space where you’re invited to slow down, soften, and listen inward. Through Breathwork, Sound, and Journaling, you’ll be supported to reflect on what you wish to let go of and what seeds you’re ready to plant for the new cycle ahead.
✨ Expect to leave feeling lighter, open-hearted, and deeply restored — ready to move into the season with calm and clarity.
