CLEAN THE FORK 25: Join Us for the Annual Mountain Fork River Run Clean Up!
As another successful tourists season wraps up, we have a critical responsibility to preserve the natural beauty of our beloved Mountain Fork River.
📍On Sunday, September 21st at 10 AM, volunteers will gather at Skippa Rock, located under the Mountain Fork Bridge east of Broken Bow on HWY 70, to take part in the CLEAN THE FORK 25 litter pick-up event, in partnership with the Town of Hochatown.
This year, our efforts will begin upstream, followed by a downstream cleanup in the afternoon. We are excited to again welcome divers to assist in our mission!
All necessary supplies will be provided, thanks to the generosity of our local community. Please come prepared with closed-toe, non-slip shoes and clothing suited for outdoor work. Volunteers should be in good physical health and at least 14 years old. While this task may be challenging, the fulfillment of safeguarding our waterways and wildlife makes it worthwhile.
CLEAN THE FORK is more than just a cleanup; it's our collective commitment to protecting our environment for future generations. For more information or to contribute supplies, please contact Shel or Carissa at
