Scuba Savvy is thrilled to announce the second Divemaster course in 2025!
The SSI Divemaster program is your gateway into the professional diving world — and from there, the sky (or the sea!) is the limit.
✨ First things first: we’re looking for the right personality.
Do you love diving?
Do you enjoy helping others?
Are you empathetic, supportive, and calm under pressure?
If you’re nodding “yes,” you’re already halfway there. We’ll train you to become a confident, capable, and passionate dive professional.
📅 Course Dates
Summer Session: Sept 8 - Oct 11, 2025
As a Divemaster, you’ll:
✔ Assist with classroom, pool, and open water training
✔ Support divers at every level — from Try Scuba to Rescue to Advanced
✔ Provide the extra set of eyes and calm presence that keeps divers safe
As a Scuba Savvy pro, you'll have opportunities to assist with classroom sessions, pool work, and open water dives — from beginner to rescue to advanced levels. We pride ourselves on delivering the safest in-water experience possible. That’s why we maintain a 1:1 or 1:2 pro-to-student ratio — it’s all about making sure every diver has a safe and unforgettable experience.
That’s where you come in.
As a Divemaster, you’re the extra set of eyes underwater — the safety net, the calm presence, the one who helps everything run smoothly. Instructors can’t see everything at once, and that’s why your role is absolutely vital. Your attentiveness and support can make all the difference.
