On Saturday, Sept 6 (10–11 AM) we’re coming together for a one-hour moving meditation.
Nina of Madsen Movmeent will guide you through Somatic Movements to reconnect the natural patterns your body has always known. While Jade of Jade’s Temple uses crystal singing bowls and instruments to weave frequencies through your movement, grounding your nervous system and opening new space in breath + body.
