Meet our reindeer, visit Santa and post your letter in time for Christmas!

Our magical, fairytale Santa’s Grotto is fully accessible and ready for you to enjoy a visit to Santa so that you can tell him what you would like for Christmas!


Take part in our Reindeer Trail, help to round up Santa’s cheeky missing reindeer.

Write your letter to Father Christmas ready to hand deliver to him in time for the big day!

Sensory play space available for those who might want a little time out from Christmas Shopping.

All children to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES



Don’t worry! You can always just turn up and queue if pre-booking doesn’t work for you! 🙂 Pre-booked timeslots will get priority.

Parents, we carefully consider what gifts Santa might provide your children, they will be ethical and sustainable and come with a sweet treat!

Bookings start at 10.30am and are every half hour with the last booking at 2pm.
