"Flow and Presence"

Who Can Attend Open to anyone curious about mind–body connection, especially those seeking new ways to reduce stress, explore emotions, and live more fully in the present. We'll be a group of minimally 6 and maximally 10 participants.

What We’ll Do Enjoy a blend of gentle QiGong sequences, embodied Gestalt explorations, breath and posture alignment, and guided reflections. Sessions include group sharing to deepen connection and help translate insights into daily life.
