Welcome to the second BeeFun Unconference—a half-day, co-created festival of connection.
Forget boring presentations and rigid schedules. This is a dynamic space where you are both the teacher and the learner, designed to explore the skills of connection through playfulness and shared experiences.
Workshops will include themes such as public speaking, improv, leadership, and whatever you want to deliver, as long as it is playful and helps us build the skills of connection.
The Unconference is the ultimate expression of the BeeFun philosophy: making the corporate world fun, gamifying presentations, and structuring spontaneity for optimal learning. It’s your chance to let go of the shackles of adulthood while building the world you want to play in.
What is an Unconference?
An unconference is a participant-driven event. For each event, there is a high-level topic to create a basic structure, but then the event agenda is created by YOU the attendees, at the beginning of the day. Every participant is invited to propose a talk, lead a discussion, or facilitate a game for one of the 30-minute sessions throughout the day. No word is too small, and no idea is too playful.
How It Works:
▶ Arrive on time with an idea for a session you'd like to lead (or simply an open mind).
▶ Pitch your idea to the group in a 60-second introduction.
▶ Agenda: Pick a time and place for your workshop.
▶ Participate: Attend the sessions that spark your curiosity, and contribute your voice to the conversation.
